Jonas Ridge is tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Only a two minute drive from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Jonas Ridge, NC is located in northwestern corner of Burke county and borders Avery and Mitchell counties. We are about a 30-minute drive from Morganton, NC or Boone, NC or an hour from Asheville, NC or Hickory, NC. Our community is located at the top of a ridge and has a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. There are many great things to do around Jonas Ridge like, hiking, sightseeing at Linville Falls or Grandfather mountain, or taking advantage of the lovely spas and amenities in the area. We get all seasons in Jonas Ridge with plenty of snow, but perhaps our best feature are the summers that maintain a comfortable average temperature in the 70’s.
